2 Packages Dry Yeast Or 1 Tbsp Yeast
1 Tbsp Honey or Corn Syrup
1 ¼ Cups Water (105º to 115º)
2 ½ Cups Flour (all purpose)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 141o1421b

Place first 3 ingredients in a mixing cup and let stand for 5 minutes. Place all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add the yeast and water. Using and electric mixer, beat together until combined. Roll the dough on a floured surface. Cut into small balls and place on an oiled baking pan (the balls should be about half the size of the desired roll). Cover and let rise for 1 ½ hours. Bake on 375º for 20 to 30 minutes
